How to get a Trollbeads birthday party?

1. The birthday celebrant must have a birthday and make a minimum purchase of 3 products where at least one includes a Trollbeads bracelet or necklace. The date of the party must be within 2 weeks before or after the birthday.*

2. You must provide 4-6 friends (party attendees) and send the list to info@trollbeads.hu. All attendees must be customers or members of Trollbeads HU or become members on the day of the party.

3. The birthday celebrant and guests will receive a discount of either 15% (if she/he does not have an active Trollbeads Club membership) or 30% (if she/he has an active Trollbeads Club membership) on goods valued at over Ft 28,000/person, which must be applied when placing an order on the e-shop on the day of the celebration. No other discounts, club benefits or birthday vouchers apply to this promotion and the discount applies to stock items only.

4. The birthday celebrant will receive a special limited edition Birthday Pendant (which cannot otherwise be purchased) and will then be invited to post a photo with the hashtag #trollbeadsbirthday. If the pendant is out of stock, the ordering time may be up to 5 weeks.

5. Appointments must be booked in advance at info@trollbeads.hu. Online celebrations can be arranged anytime Monday to Sunday at a pre-arranged time.

6. Goods purchased as part of the promotion cannot be refunded - they can only be exchanged for goods of the same value or for more expensive goods with a refund of the difference in price.

7. All participants agree to the terms and conditions of the event.

8. The organizer reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions.

* In light of the e-shop's business interruption, we are accepting birthday celebrations until October 15 2025 for anyone who did not celebrate with us in time and had their significant birthday in the period after 15 April 2025.
